After living in Highland Pointe for over two years, and observing two management changes, nothing has changed about the service, as thye remain an absolutely rude and unhelpful staff.
Additionally, prices continually rise, and similar accomodations and much better value can be found within walking distance from the Highland Pointe complex.

that is true, I use to like it here, but now it's just not the same! get new managment.
