The first of many things that Maxus has done sense they took over this property.
The black female in the office is very rude and talks crazy to people on the phone and in person. When you tell the manager all she says is OK thanks for letting me know with nothing done about the problems. We had a Oklahoma City Police Officer that had a patrol car in the very first parking spot when you come into the complex. When Maxus came in and took over they fired the Police Officer leaving the complex with no security on the property and the manager lives off property. The crime rate has gone up with one shooting and at least 12 cars broken into in the last few months. The gate has never worked and when Maxus took over they where going to get it working write away to this day May 28 2007 it still does not work. The standards for letting people move in has gone way down compared to what kind of people Capstone Property let move in. In my option the complex has gotten worse this year and it started when this so called Professional company bought this complex along with bring in this very young manager. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I AGREE WHOLE-HEARTEDLY TOO! ALSO, I WISH THEY WOULD VERY MUCH GET A BETTER CABLE SERVICE TO TAKE CARE OF OUR NEEDS. I LIKE LIVING HERE, AND THE PEOPLE ARE NICE, BUT THE FRONT GIRL NEEDS TO GO AND WORK ELSEWHERE. SHE NO HELP AT ALL, DON'T EVEN GIVE THE MESSAGES TO THE MANAGER. SHE COULD AT LEAST TRY TO HELP AND BE NICE. SHE'S JUST NICE WHEN OTHERS ARE AROUND. THANKS FOR ALL THE GET TOGETHERS, THAT'S NICE OF THE MANAGER! AND STEVE IS REALLY A NICE GUY, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STEVE! THANKS AGAIN!

I agree. They did hire a girl Tiffany to do get togethers,she did a great job for a while, she planed some fun things,but then they moved her to leasing. she was very helpful and had a great personality and was the best leasing agent! but I wish they would have let her plan more events. The June party she planed was GREAT!! my kids loved it!
