Over the past 13 months we have had the opportunity to call Highland Pointe Apartments our home. As everyone knows, these days there is a lot of competition with the housing industry, and most will agree we are a generation that when we are not satisfied we move on ,making sure every one hears us as we leave. The reason I say this is our lease recently ended and it was time to consider all options, as we looked at all the options available to us that is when we began to really focus on the benefits of renewing our lease,we happened upon this website and it occured to me that sometimes only others with a negative response are willing to take the time say something. I myself would not have taken the time to state my opinion, had I not just happened upon this and strongly disagree with the negative remarks. I am greatly impressed with the new manager, how often did we see a manager work as hard as she has done, she appears to honestly care about the residents, property, and the staff. I do agree that in the past we have had our share of management issues, but if we stopped and looked at the sincere effort the current staff is making to make this a better place to live, we would be reminded we have a wonderful place to call our home. My family would like to take the opportunity to thank our new manager, ------ and also -----, you two are doing a great job, we enjoy stopping by the office just to say hello, the employees appear to be enjoying their job and having fun all at the same time. Keep up the good work.

oh, please, I'm sure ------ wrote this herself. No one would post anything nice about her. everyone here hates her she is just a ugly person!and the worst manager!
