Hi,

The highland pointe is hightly worst,poor and cheating management.

they do false promise on manything.

I had been cheated for 1200$ ,just for 25 days stay over there..

my dishwasher was broken and its started flooding the entire hall,i reported them more than 5 times over the phone and in person,but no response from their side for more than 10 days ,i had just 3 days old kid and i had a party in my house , 2 of my friends are vomited and i felt on sick ,but they didn't turned up for 10 days to repair the dish washer..

and i decided to vaccate the apartment,they charged me more than 2 months rent for their mistake,when i questioned them why its so'

they answered me ,its our policy..to collect the prorated rent..

its a very worst management and cheating management..

i strongly recommend not to go there..

Ok when you sign a contract for the apartment anywhere you decide to break the lease you have to pay the difference that was made understood when ever you first signed it im sure of it!

You need to check the laws because if they don't fix something in an addequate amount of time(7 or 14 days) you can vacate with no penalties. With the wetness from the flooded kitchen I would say there would be a mold issue and you should check the laws on that. You might not have needed to pay the penalties.

please people i am a resident here also. this person is from another country and did very well despite the fact this person has not spoke oulr language that long. Focus on the proplem at hand this miserable person who cannot run a ice cream stand mush less a 250 unit complex.

I have lived here for nearly two years and two managers...I have had absolutely NO problems here. It's quiet, nice and the girls in the office are by far the most professional I have seen in my years as a renter. They have been nothing but helpful when I have a situation that needs immediate attention. I'm guessing the complaints above are coming from people who can never be satisfied and frankly, we can do without neighbors like you! Have a fantastic day, I know I will!

No way, I am one of the easiet people to get a long with and by far one of the easiest people to please. My expectations are not too high. But as far as the office management...wow...it's terrible! I can give people only so many chances before I start really seeing them for what they are. Leslie lies, and quite frankly, I don't want someone who lies and cheats as my apartment manager. There is nothing fantastic about that. There is nothing good I can even say about the manager. I never ever had any trouble with the previous manager. So you cant sit there and say that I am renter who won't ever be satisfied. I have been satisfied, I am easy to please, I just dont liars and cheaters...wouldnt anyone?
