I just moved out of Highland Pointe a couple of months ago because my dream home was finally finished. My family experienced none of the problems that other people on this site seemed to have. In fact, my only complaint was the kids in the apartment above me were loud but that kind of goes with living in an apartment. I found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful; even the kid picking up dog poop early in the morning had a smile on his face. Any problem we had the maintenance staff fixed right away even once in the middle of the night. Also, I did not liking to have drive over speed bumps every day, but some people around there drive a little too fast, and maybe the gym could be a little bigger. I think that some of these bad reviews were just people who had some sort of personal issues or vendettas with the staff.

That guy who pick up the poop and the trash is so hottt! I don't understand why he is always so happy I'd be pissed!

It becomes a personal issue when the manager is out to screw your every move. She is one of the most decietful people I have ever met. If someone lies right to my face, you better believe then it becomes a personal issue.
