I am not at all happy with the staff. I was really very dissapointed in the way things were handled, the manager will not take any responsibility for her actions or her staffs actions. And she point blank lied to me. Too bad we cant vote her off the island.

Welcome to Highland Pointe!! The management staff here is HORRIBLE. I am just waiting until my lease is up to get out of here. I would advise everyone to find another place to live. The biggest problem is a corporate management company that would put up with such terrible staff.

IT'S GETTING NOISEY AROUND HERE, PAST THE POOL!!! MANY YOUNG PEOPLE MOVING IN AND WILL NOT SHOW RESPECT TO OTHERS!!!!
