We moved here several months ago. I love the quiet area, the landscaping, the look of the apartment, etc. Parking is difficult around building 10, but there is plenty of parking behind the garages. I just have to suck it up sometimes and walk a little bit further (even with my 2 yr. old). When I say a little bit, I mean it. It is not that bad unless you have major health problems and can't walk an extra 20 steps or so. We moved from a VERY spacious 3 br apt. in North OKC so this 3 br has been quite of an adjustment. But still, it is very nice and there is ample storage.

My personal experience with Leslie when she was manager was good. Anytime I have had a question or have needed help anytime including after hours, she has been there promptly for us. That inclues maintenance. They are awesome and I usually see them the same day I have called. So nice and clean cut. I feel safe with them. I have not had any personal experience with the new manager but from the one and only thing I've heard, hasn't been good. I don't know if she is trying to prove herself, but from what I heard, she needs to relax a bit.

The only thing I have to complain about is that I'm starting to feel cramped. We would really like to be in a house but it is just not in our cards right now. Every place has its ups and downs. You have to decide what your boundries are and how you are going to deal with it.

I think this is a nice place, nice area, nice neighbors. It is apt. living and apt. managers. They are all the same for the most part but my experience has been really good thus far.

I AGREE! RIGHT ON WITH YOUR STATEMENT, FOR ONE THING THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! SOME PEOPLE CAN'T WALK TO THEIR APARTMENT FROM WAY FAR OFF, CAUSE OF AGE AND PROBLEMS WITH HEALTH. SO THEY REALLY, REALLY NEED TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE PARKING!! PLEASE WORK ON THAT!!!
