I love the looks of the inside. The carpet is a bit cheap but holds up well. It's been scoth guarded like there is no tomorrow. the Kitchen is clean and big in the 3 bedroom floor plans but the 1 bedroom that my GF lives in is kinda small for the price. I have plenty of closet space but she has only 1 closet in the bathroom for clothes (not even a food closet). We both have bugs, I get spiders and silverbacks where as she just gets the silverbacks. I have seen the notes for the bug guy to come spray but have never seen evidence that he exhists (hence the many bugs we both still have). I called maintanence out for the A/C and it was a quick fix but the unit is still dying and killing my electric bill (over 150$ a month where as my GF is only 50$ and she is on the 3rd floor, makes sense I guess - 50$ per bedroom- more sarcasm) The apt above me is leased thru a contractor and a new family is there every 2 months. And it seems each family has crazy loud kids and a wife that loves to bang pots and pans around when they cook. Or a dog with heavy feet, not sure which one this time is. Thugs live across from me and play loud music while chillin in their car waitin for their homies. And they look even worse. One of the guys trucks was stollen in the back, makes me feel safe to park by the garages (sarcasm). Overall the place looks nice but has its flaws. My lease is up in 2 months and I'm still debating. I hate moving, but I hate management that won't do their job and be proud of what they do. I believe in giving 100% or get your ass out and let someone in that will. As for the bands, they play in a garage and are not out too late. Remember noise curfew is 10pm. I've never heard them out past that. AS for the gates, ya those things really don't ever work except for when you forget your gate opener or are expecting guests. Then they work, or just one side works and not the other. overall, I have recommended 3 people, two gave deposits and staff forgot to lock them into a place and had to turn them away when their move in date came up and the other didn't have to give a deposit and had a room ready right away. Kinda odd but for Yukon, it's not half bad.
