Overpriced!

My husband I have lived here for over a year. During which time we have had spider and cricket problems. One day after work I noticed somehow the top corner of our front door was seriously bent, making the door very hard to open or shut. To this day, we cannot figure out how that happened! Our shower sliding doors were not properly installed so every time the shower ran, water flooded the bathroom floor. By the way, for any maintenance work, you have to physically go into the office and fill out a form. When we first moved in (June) the AC didn't work, so we spend the first night miserable. After a rain storm, the second bedroom flooded, luckily no damage to our stuff. They didn't even bother to clean our carpet after that! The parking is terrible here - some buildings have more than enough spaces, while 4 buildings with 12 units each have to share 30 spaces! Like someone else mentioned, our mail rarely was delivered! But by far the biggest complaint I have it the management staff. They lack the friendly, customer service that paying over $600 a month in rent should get you. They refused to work with you on any situation! Oh and I don't recommend extending your lease - we were having a house built, and they charged an extra $25 a month for rent just because we sign on for another 6 months! And when our house got finished a month earlier than expected, they refuse to let us out of the extended lease - even with our 30 day notice. They say we have to pay for the rest of the lease, even though they will rent it out the next day!
I do not recommend this complex to anyone! I've had less issues at cheaper places!
