Horrible! Absolutely horrible! Extremely overpriced. My wife had lived here for almost 9 months, then we got married. We fulfilled her 1 year lease and we had to extend our lease for 6 months due to the fact that our house was being built. Our house was finished two months early and we put in our 30 day notice to vacate. The Links is charging us $680 for moving out 2 months before our 6 month extension had expired. This is after we had already satisfied a full one year lease. By the way, The Links charged us an extra $25 a month for extending for 6 months instead of signing a new full one year lease. We have had numerous spider and cricket problems. There is inadequate lighting throughout the complex. There is insufficient parking available. We do not receive mail that we should be receiving. The complex staff is immature and will not cooperate with anyone regardless of their situation. Residents may golf for free but they still charge $5 to use a golf cart. The neighbors above us are so loud that they make the dishes rattle in the cabinets anytime they walk around their unit, and they do so at all times of the day and night. While living here you may not use Cox or AT&T television. You are forced to use The Links' television system which is limited in channels, not broadcast in HD, prone to static, and volume discrepancies between channels. You may not use Cox internet but you may order AT&T DSL. I have nothing good to say about this apartment complex and would not recommend it to anyone.

Boo Hoo... it is customary to live out your lease or pay to get out of it. LOL... $5.00 for a golf cart... are u kidding me... well God forbid your out five dollars. Why did you not walk the course? You do have an option. Right? If you want a nightmare, check out the comments across the street at Chapple Ridge of Yukon. Thank You for the entertaining review. I got a good laugh. I don't live in an apartment but if I had to, these would be the ones I would pick. Only downfall is it is Mustang school district and the kids would have to mingle with the kids who live across the street at Chapple Ridge.
