We have lived at The Links for one year now. I have noticed that roadways around the complex has gotten busier and there is a Seven-Eleven going up across the street. The paint in the apartments is really cheap. You can run your handalong the wall and it will brush off. The carpet is coming up at the seams. The only thing good about this complex is the amenities the property offers. If you are not a golfer, I would suggest you dont live here. The parking gets cramped after 5 PM and you are forking out rent for just the golf course it seems. There is always a wait list when you want to upgrade to a bigger apt or move from upstairs to downstairs. The office staff tell you that you have to pay another deposit to change apartments, and I do not like that they automatically deduct rent out of your checking account. The clubhouse: Whats the point of it' You cant hold parties or functions. The only thing it is good for is working out, which only the lease holders can do. You cannot bring family to the workout room. There is really no jogging trail around the complex. They will yell at you if you try to walk through the golf course or nearby it. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Maintnence comes in every 6 months to change the air filters, which look like a furry animal by the time they come. They have "quiet hours" from 10PM to 7AM where you cannot run dishwasher or washer/dryer. I work during the day and have to rush to get my laundry done. In order to bring a guest to the golf course, you have to pay like 15 dollars for one session. The golf carts cost you 5.00. No pets at all! It is not worth it. Look somewhere else!

.I am glad the gym is just for us and not for people who dont live here, because I would never get to use anything because it would always be packed,and I pay to live here not them.and actually maintnance comes by more than just every 6 months.The people that work there are nice.These are the best apartments I have lived at so far.
