I've lived here for 5 years. The rent is the cheapest in OKC and surrounding areas. The staff is very nice.
Over the past 5 years, I've seen the residents come and go. When I first moved in, the residents were older (retired) or single parents. People put their belongings outside. Now it seems the new residents are early 20s and a lower class of people. With that comes the drama. In the past year, I've seen several fights in the parking lot, parties gone bad, and nightly cars thumping loud music when they drive around. I don't feel threatened here-it's just a nuisance.
The apartments are dated, but you don't pay this kind of rent and expect crown moldings!
I'd say it's a decent place to begin but I'm buying a house this month and I'm ready to leave before it gets too young and rowdy. I'm 32 it's time to move on.
