Since living here (April of 2007)it has not been fun. There was no walk through to write things down after we signed our lease (Because they don't care). Our carpet, nor the apartment was cleaned, damages from the previous tenants where not fixed. Our toilets are crooked so every time you sit on it, it flops. Our neighbors below us can hear every step that we make. There are holes and dips in the floor. Our screens don't fit on the windows and the bottom of the door is taped with blue I might add. Because of the crappy windows and door, our average electric bill is about $140 a month because we are heating and cooling the outside!

The blinds, I think were bought at the cheapest place that sells them! You just touch them and they break.

The railing is not attached properly to the building so we have to tell anyone that comes over to not touch or lean on it. The beam that holds the balcony fell out of place and landing on the ground. That makes you feel safe.

I went to take a shower, and there was no water. I called to report this and they said yup, starting at noon for one hour the water will be shut off for repair. UMMMM don't you think you should notify you tenants before you just shut the water off'' I believe it is privately managed and that is why they don't care.

After the recent Ice storm there was no sand or salt for the side walks and stairs, we asked and were told that we could buy our own. Our side walk is staight but there are many throughout that are not.

My only good thing to say is that they give discounts to the police, so there are several officers that living in this complex.

I don't reccomend that anyone live here. I have been doing a lot of research and there is alot better for less out there. We are moving A.S.A.P
