Slum Living for high rent.

The racks in the ice box were rusted, the shower tiles were discolored and the maintenance guy spray painted all of it inside and out.

Lights are not in working order.
Fans don't work properly.
Doors don't lock properly.
When you set the thermostat to 70 it only gets as cool as 78 which resulted in a $134.00 electric bill.

Expect cockroaches even if you are a clean person.

What a Dump!

My best advice AVOID!!!
