The new manager is horrible.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
I have lived there for almost 5 years and for the past couple of years or so there was one lady in the office. She was the best manager that has been at this property. She was friendly and you could tell, she actually cared. To her, the residents were more than just a rent check!
Several times I thought about moving to a new community until she showed up there and became manager. I have just learned recently that there is a new lady in the office and I am highly dissapointed. She is rude & she doesn't even acknowledge people as they come in the office. She is VERY unprofessional. Seriously, I can NOT believe that a company would even have this lady representing them.. That speaks ALOT about the management company!
