Me and my wife have been here for about 3 years. There recently was a new manager that came here and let me tell you, she is a disgrace to the company. We have had several problems in the apartment and when I call the office to put in a request, nothing ever gets done. So I decided I would go up there. When I walked in, I waited almost three minutes and still no one acknowledged me there. I guess some guy works there too and he just walked in the office. I asked to speak with the manager. He told me her name was Alicia. SHe then came out of her office and said "what do you need sir." I said excuse me. I said I am tenant here and I have been calling in a request for my apat for over a week now and nothing has been done. She said she would take care of it right away. I was very mad and asked her since I pay my rent on time, shouldn't you take care of the problems in my apartment right away. She just ignored me as if I wasn't even there. I told her I wanted her corporate number. She gave it to me and told me to call them. I called them the same day and left a message with a secretary but wouldn't you know, no one has still ever called me back. The company is Mcsha.
Before you decide to move to ANY property, Make sure it's NOT mcsha.
I turned in my notice to move. Not only me, but about 10 other residents are getting out of this place!
The appliances are from the 80's or so.. They are old and rusted. NOT worth the price especially since they just raised the price AGAIN!
