The visual appeal of these apartments is good, inside and out. Although, I did hear the building I lived in (#10)had burnt down sometime ago and has been rebuilt so it may be nicer than the others as far as appliances, etc. We had good neighbors and a pleasant view of trees/creek/lawn. My only complaint was the constantly changing management. I can't even count how many people have been through that office in the past year. I guess that's the reason paperwork isn't kept very organized either.
