We have lived here for two years and will be moving soon. The rent is $449 per month and you get a 600 sq ft apt with no w/d and no balcony. It's quite but the mangt sucks and our AC has not worked right for a week. We call they come out and temp fix it and then a few hours later we do it again. Yukon is a wonderful place to live but this is not the place to do it in. We have to park 100 yrds from our front door and there is never anywhere to park.
