You will feel as though you are in prison and/or hell once you sign a lease. They changed management without any change. I can't begin to express my concern with this dump. If you get mice, they will tell you to call and they will come get the dead ones. No they won't. Might as well take care of it yourself. I had the worst ant problem during the summer and the apartments would not help. On a nice day I could not even open my windows. There are cigarette butts everywhere, trash all over the place and you get the joys of listening to cars bumping bass, people slamming their doors constantly and feeling as though you have to watch your vehicle from being broke into. It happened to me. The girls up front only care about one thing, getting their money on time. There were several times I paid on time but got eviction papers on my door. I had to march up to the office, (that is closed most of the time) and prove that I paid. I would not recommend anyone living here for more than 6 months tops. These apartments should only be a temporary place to live until you find something better. Believe me, you can. If you do not get home around 4:50 to 5:00 P.M. forget finding a spot to park. Oh and they will hit you up for the smallest things they find once you move and try to get more money out of you so make sure you write down every detail of cracks, holes, stains or they will make you pay for it when you move out. I have lived in many states and many places and I have to say this is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I am just forwarning you on what you most likely will be dealing with. I would not wish my worst enemy to live here. I was a good tenent but did not see the rewards from being one. You have all walks of life living here so be careful who you talk to because there are some people who are looking out to take your stuff not be your friend. Every apartment has their problems and I understand that but everytime I turned my head something was always going bad. When I moved out I really felt like I was being released from prison. These use to be such nice apartments back in the day but it is run down now. Oh, and they will not tell you when management changes. Stray cats everywhere, meowing all hours of the night is a lovely thing to hear at night. If you get downstairs it sound as though Bigfoot is above you when they really aren t walking that hard. The only good things I can say about this place is there is a nice grassy and wooded area next to it and you get a little outside storage. I hope to write all these facts in the hopes to keep anyone from being as disappointed as I was when I lived there.

Amen...I'm still stuck in this hell-whole, and I can't agree more. The cats are EVERYWHERE! I had a HUGE ant problem also, and they would not ever take care of it. I had to. It is a HORRIBLE place to live.
