The past few months, I feel like I've been living in hell. This complex was once a beautifully kept area with nice landscaping and friendly renters.

Woodrun Village has since let go of their integrity. The buildings are falling apart- windows are broken, screens are hanging by a thread, wires are exposed out of the ground, trash is laying around, there are all kinds of abandoned cars, etc. The appliances are ancient and they refuse to replace them when they are becoming faulty.

I'm scared to walk outside because of the client le they have taken in. Mice and other rodents have decided to join our community as well. I and several other tenants have been having trouble with mice, without much sympathy from the wonderful management. It's lovely to wake up in the morning and almost step on a mouse.

AVOID THIS PLACE WITH ALL COSTS. Your best interest is not taken in consideration. The rent price is ridiculous for the condition a lot of the units are in. There are other apartment complexes within a couple of miles that are much better than these. Please be very careful if you are considering these apartments for your home. You'll regret it.
