Office managment is is a pain to deal with, forgets things and is slow to respond and get things done. Maintance is nice and tries to do what ever it takes but had to come out several times because of unkown AC problem. Had sewage problems and staff would not clean the mess left. We had to clean sewage water out of bath tub. Poor workmenship in apartments, who ever fixes carpet and walls and other problems does not seem well trained. New company bought apartments and still fixing problems from last owner.
