first of all I pay $459.00 for a little 1 bdr 1 bth. i have a 5 month old and pregnant again and the past 2 and 1/2 yrs I've lived here my a/c don't work. I have called literally every week. they don't even come look at it until 3-4 days later and then they just put more freon in it knowing it won't work more than 5 days. it now april 2009 and it may not be too hot outside but im upatirs and it 90 degrees in my apt. my 5 month old shouldn't have to go threw this. I have high electric bills because of this place and they don't help with anything. I have had to get a hotel room but they don't care. I have also called the emergency maint line they always have an excuse why they can't come to fix my air. management changes all the time,there no where to park,laundry facility never works or people leave clothes everywhere. it nasty here. cars have been broken into all the time so has the little storage units outside your apt. I will say DON'T live here. just to say its the worst place ever. I give 0 stars. it just won't let me.
