This place is terrible - My husband and I moved here in July of 2008 hoping to get away from the big city life of Houston, and to finish school. Maintenance The maintenance here at Woodrun Village have gotten so much better in the past year! They respond quickly and do the work right! I am very pleased with my apartment and the staff that runs the complex!

These apartments are nothing special! The individual apartment itself is nice but the office staff are lazy and rude, it smells like death if your within a 20 ft. radious of the dumpsters, the people who live there are rude, inconsiderate, trashy, and drive way too fast,

AMAZING! I love the Links here at Mustang Creek. The "lobby" area is beautiful and the staff is incredible. The pool is incredibly clean and clear...always! The grounds are beautiful as are the appartments and it's such a quiet and safe part of town! Evenings are quiet and peaceful!

unexcusably poor Office managment is is a pain to deal with, forgets things and is slow to respond and get things done. Maintance is nice and tries to do what ever it takes but had to come out several times because of unkown AC problem. Had sewage problems and staff would not clean the mess

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. At my previous apt I think I only dealt with the office once when I moved in and once when I moved out. I shouldn't have to call the office twice a week to report something that has gone wrong. I'm moving out next month and couldn't be happier.
