We moved here almost four years ago. The rent than was $545.00 We now pay $600.00 Now we find out that the rent is going to go up $50.00 every six months until it reachs $750.00 a month. This is totally rediculous. This guy is going to have alot of empty apartments. They are definately not worth that much. There are no amentities, except a very small swimming pool. There is no insulation, car break-in's are common, and the security lighting is not well maintained. We are looking to move. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
