the review above said it all... there are ants everywhere all the time and i keep my house clean.. the furnace is crap and will cost you $150 to keep the house 60 degrees... the parking situation is horrible as well as there are unattended loud out of control kids running everywhere all the time... not to mention when you move out they WILL attempt to screw you over bad!! also plan on once a month at least the landlords will have something to do inside your house which drives me crazy leaving my house open for them... the rent is the most expensive of any equal size duplex in this town and your connected to 3 other neighbors... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT RENTING FROM PINE MEADOW VILLAGE!!!!

ya sure i guess it prolly is insulated NOW and has nice windows NOW as they put new insulation and new windows in when I was in the process of moving out as well as raise the rent $100 per month congrats you now pay the most in albany for a crappy apartment.... I have graduated to owning my own home now so have fun paying rent for the rest of your life.... be prepared for some bs when you are ready to move out they like to screw ya but dont worry its easy to win in court....
