I have lived here almost 3 years. It's quiet, I love the private backyard and the maintenance guys are great. I don't like the off and on ant problem, but I have dogs so I can't spray. The other thing I don't like is the rent is too high. I believe they charge more because they know it's hard to find a place that allows pets. I guess you'd call that "blackmail"' Anyways, I will be looking elsewhere if the rent raises again. It's raised at least twice that I can remember since I've been here. I hate moving, so I hope it doesn't raise again :)
