Although, yes the day I moved in there were ants crawling in the bathroom sink'' I have enjoyed living here. I have dogs and a cat, this is one of the few places that allow them. And the completed enclosed very small yard area is great for those that want one but have little time to take care of one. Plus it is a place where your animals can be without worry that they will be wandering on the streets. The ant problem has been the worse thing for me to deal with. However, I have found something that works very well and I start using every spring when I see the first ant. I also believe that since I found the ant home and doused it with oil, gas and insecticide, they don't like me too much. I am lucky to have great neighbors. The way my two-bedroom unit is set up, it is like living in a home. Rarely do I hear the neighbors because most of the connection between the two units is the garage. and the cement blocked yard enclosures also block a lot of noise between the units. I only have a few things issues, none big, but when I report them, they are on it to fix them. One great thing that happened this year is the installation of energy efficient windows & sliding glass doors. The master bedroom in my 2-bedroom unit style is huge. It does seem to me that the rent increases are a little much and I don't have any comparison of other places, I know a couple of people who have bigger places with bigger yards that are paying less, but not necessarily a better a better floor plan. So I would recommend that if you are looking for a place, go elsewhere first for comparison that way when you decide to investigate our community, you will know if you want to live here. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
