very private I love this place! It is very private and I feel very safe here, the people in the office are very nice and the guys who fix things are very nice, and they do a good job. We like the swimming pool and the play ground, and we like that we can have our dog.

Fantastic place to live!!!! I have lived at Pine Meadow for nearly 10 years and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff is great and are awlays readably available should a need arise. The homes are very comfortable and Im enjoying the all new vinyl windows throughout which saves on my gas bill

Great place for students! If you attend LBCC or OSU this is a great place for you to live in, the rent is decent price and great for what you get. The apartments are large with many amenities like a washer/dryer in each unit. The management is wonderful, his name is Sam.

Keep Looking!!! Don't live here! Current resident and can't wait until my lease is up and I'm out of there! Overpriced, high crime in the area! We moved here because they took pets, buts that's the only good thing I have to say about them!

Worth the money I lived in these apartments from September, 2006 till the end of March 2007. The rent was well worth the place. Nice and quiet. Also included a washer and dryer which most dont. They had VERY nice management, and also we received all of our deposit money back minus $35.00
