I've lived in some really crappy apartments in my day, but this one is by far the worst that I've libved at.
The management is apathetic to anyone's concerns, and the amount of money that they charge for rent is at best a joke, at worst, criminal.
The only "pool" is a hot-tub the size of a small pool that you would find in someone's back yard, that's seconds as a toilet for the local birds.
The "clubhouse" has been off limits for the last year because people were abusing it, and now the current managers (at least five managers in the last three years) have decided to make it their "office".
We do have a recent addition to the premises though! (pregnant pause for effect)...
A NEW MECHANICS SHOP!!!!
Or at least it would seem with all the junk cars that don't run taking up all the visitor parking spots, with the owners working on them all day.
The only saving grace was that rent was really cheap, and they paid for water and garbage, but now..... They're going to start charging for that as well as RAISING the rent!!!
This place makes the devil's butthole seem like a nice place to live.
If I can give you one piece of advice, if you are considering this place DON'T!!!!
I'm outta here as soon as I can do it!!
