I have lived here since January and have found the opposite of the last posting to be true. I have had prompt response to the two maintenance issues I have had.
I have had people park in my assigned parking stall 3 times. Twice I ignored it (people will be people) and called Tracy the third time and she had them towed away.
I know who the other person is who posted with the stolen bicycle and I must say that I don t care where you live, if you leave things out and unlocked you run the risk of it being stolen. Take the initiative and bring important things in or lock them up.
They are making big changes. The new fitness room is great and Tracy told me they are making plans for a play area. Even though I don t have kids I think it is great for those who do.

Wow that sound like a manager of the property statting this review. I moved out of there 4 months agao and I am so happy I did. Listen to the man with the stolen bike, he knows what he is talking about. -Chris
