An absolute SLUM. If you enjoy living in filth, with absolutely no benefits, move right in!

The "Laundry Room" is a disgusting, often flooded basement with 3 washers and 3 dryers. 2 of the washers and ONE of the dryers actually work. The "Playground" is a fenced off mudpit with a grafitti-covered playhouse. I would rather swim in my toilet than the pool. The mailboxes do not lock. Expect to have your mail stolen or your mailbox defaced, bent, left open, etc.

We've been through 3 Property Management companies in 2 years, none of them have given half a crap about our concerns. We thought the last set would fix some things, but they promptly installed an Assistant Manager who barely speaks English and the real Manager is never in the apartments. Don't try to get anything fixed, you'll just be told that it's supposed to work that way.

Lots more issues with this place, but that should be sufficient. NOT WORTH THE LOW PRICE, ESPECIALLY when they jack it up! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
