I came across this site and was shocked by all the negative reviews! I have never had a single issue with this place! Sure, the parking kinda sucks but you know that before you sign the paper so if you don't like it, you don't have to move in. My friends and family just adjusted. If my mom with Multiple Sclerosis can make the walk from the street to my apartment, then odds are, you're friends can too.

I have had a good relationship with the management and was offered the opportunity to take over as the weekend assistant at one point (turned it down as the weekend is the only time I can see my girlfriend...plus I really don't want to deal with these whiny people!)

Every time I have needed maintenance, the guy is in and out quickly, always fixing the issue completely. When I first moved in, my tub had leaked into my downstairs neighbors place. The manager came by, after hours, examined it and while I was at work the next day, the maintenance guy came and fixed the problem.

From time to time there are noisy neighbors but, hey, what are you gonna do' Its usually on the weekends and I am up late anyways. They are never so loud that I couldn't get to sleep if I wanted to.

I am always getting compliments from my guests on how nice my apartment is (and it is, much nicer than my last place). I love my fireplace and having a washer/drying in the apartment. Cable outlets in both the living room and bedroom.

Is the place perfect' No, not really. And when the girlfriend and I move in together this summer when my current lease is up, we will be moving someplace with more space and closer to both our jobs. But it isn't the cesspool that many of these reviewers make it out to be. Its a great place for your first apartment out of college.
