This apartment is no good at all. All the stuff people say about it is true. Right after I had my first baby we started having problem with smoke coming from the downstairs apartment. We went to bob about it and he said there was nothing he could do about it. After we went down there a few time he said he would move us but we would have to pay another deposit and he was not willing to work with us. Now we are having problem with wead smoke from another apartment and once again he said there was nothing he could do because of fear of law suite. Also getting stuff fix there is a joke you have to stay on top of them. It took us 4 months to get our dishwasher fixed. Any time they fix anything they try to say we broke it and charge us. I could go on and on about this place and how much I HATE it. I hope this review will save one person the pain of moving in here.

I agree with this one whole heartedly. As time goes on, we hate living here more and more. Our baby wakes up every nap because of loud neighbors slamming their doors. There are sooo many huge mufflers on cars and that wakes up our baby as well. Beyond the noise, the smoking is still a pain. We smell our downstairs neighbors smoke all the time and unfortunately, I'm sure our baby does too! Managament just doesn't do much to help with these things.
