Honest and direct.. Great Place

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
I have been a tenant for 6 years. Betty and Les (managers) have been totally honest with me always. No games, no manipulation, no false promises. If they say it, it happens. A lot of people want to be coddled, and so they mistake direct honesty as rudeness. There has never been a time in 6 years where I have had a negative experience there. Pay the rent on time, be a good neighbor and live respectfully and things are good. Be a whining jerk that always wants special treatment, and you will not fit in.
