Forest Ridge has been under new management for about a year now, and she (Lorraine) is a pain in the butt to deal with. Whenever you bring a problem to her attention she looks at you like a deer in headlights and you rarely get results. When she does take action, for instance a complaint about a neighbor it's usually ineffective. On top of this, she sends out community wide notices that are FULL of grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and misuse of punctuation. An example of the kind of intelligence she exhibits: I came into the office to get a new parking sticker and asked her if I could pick-up my husband's new sticker while I was in there or would he need to bring in his old sticker first. She looks at me then down at our file, then back up at me and says "you have different last names".... that wasn't my question. I then had to spend the next few minutes explaining to her (as if the scenario had never occurred to her before) that I am in fact legally married but did not take my husband's name. Word to the wise, if you move in here, deal with the Manager's assistant Sue or the maintenance guys. If you come to tour and see a red Celica out front, RUN!
