Pretty good for the price you pay.
Management is friendly while you are staying there. Maintenance is good.
Once you move out though they'll use your deposit to the fullest.
Very convenient close to the max.
I lived on the top floor so never had any problems with noise, etc & loved the vaulted ceilings.
