I lived in Quatama Village 12 months and absolutley loved eveything about the apartments. To start the management was the most friendly I have ever had in any apartment. They always knew my name which made me feel so welcome. The apartments themselves are great too. I lived on the middle floor and never had an issue with hearing my neighbors. The apartment I lived in (1 bedroom) was huge with plenty of space for everything. The property grounds where always clean and the maintanence crew was fantastic. I would highly suggest to anyone to seriously look into living at Quatama Village. The only thing I can say not totally positive is that I think the rent could have been maybe a little less.
