Not the best, but far from the worst

I lived in the first floor (which I wouldn't recommend) for 18 months. The first floor might not have been so bad if it weren't a southern exposure, but it seemed to get very humid & far too hot during the warmer days.
The stairwells are spacious & it's easy to get most large furniture in & out of any apartment, even the hallways inside are well designed for that. Very spacious for the money.
Parking can be a pain sometimes but I always came home late, getting home fairly early usually allowed ample parking.
Management is helpful for the most part but the staff there during my stay took things rather personally, not the most professional.
