We moved in one year ago. When we were looking for an apt at that time, their people were really nice and hope us to choose them. Now, one year passed, when we wanted to renew the lease, the raised the price and told us that the market decides. The also told us that the new comer will pay more than us because of the market. After that, they became really bad to us. They even do not permit us to take the package from UPS only because of the name appeared on the package is not exactly the same as us even if they know that the package is for us.
