I had a bad experience

The mail box was broken into repeatedly. Our mail was stolen and found in a home during a raid. There was a federal case shortly there after. Managment refused to do anything about it and told us that we would be picking up all of our mail at the post office from now on.
The noise level was terrible. Bad neighbors and loud car stereos at all hours.
When the lease was up and we moved out they told us not to clean the carpets because it had been two years and they were replacing them. Then they charged us 150.00 for the carpet and said that there was pet urine on the florr. we never had a pet! So they told me that I must have peed on the floor. Are you kidding me right now?!
I used to love the staff but when I moved out they screwed me.
Oh and parking sucks. Cars are broken into frequently.
