Yes it is beautiful, but most of the money went to looks and not quality. The place was put together very cheaply. I've been here for over 3 years and the people/neighbors keep getting worse and worse. The management is wonderful and fair, but the constant yardwork and outside maintenance can be heard distinctly through the paper-thin walls. You can hear your neighbor breathing and know exactly when anyone leaves for work. I've moved into different apartments within the complex and the same issues follow me. Noise is a major issue. Complaints from neighbors never end and I am not a partier. I would constantly complain about their noise, but I'm not extremely rude. If you don't mind those things and make good money, this place is pretty good.
