Awesome except no thermostat

Overall, if you don't mind not having a thermostat, this is an awesome place. PARKING: carports are very narrow; hard to avoid door scratches.
NOISE: I don't remember any noise problems due to construction or neighbors
MAINTENANCE: repairs went smoothly
CONSTRUCTION: beautiful. spacious. Kitchen had amazing amount of storage space.
- no thermostat for the heaters
- no air conditioning this is a moderate problem when using a clothes dryer. However, air conditioning might be rare in Portland.
GROUNDS: beautiful, especially the roses
SAFETY: I didn't notice any problems
OFFICE STAFF: polite.
OTHER: (If I remember, I think cell reception was a problem from Verizon, so I wanted a landline to call out with.) But the landline phone jack didn't work. I think the phone company said it would cost to repair it.
- Again, overall, if you don't mind not having a thermostat, this is an awesome place.
