Would not recommend unless options are limited

I moved to this apartment from Atlanta, GA without having seen it in person. The grounds are nice, and I guess that's the only good thing I can say about the place. I lived on the ground floor and heard thumping constantly from upstairs, just from light walking. My next door neighbor was hard of hearing and of course had his TV on high volume constantly (the walls are not very thick).
I have a pet, and I learned after I got there that there is pretty much nowhere to walk your dog, except across the street in the gutter (not much grass, just a little patch of gravel). I am a conscientious pet owner and always clean up after my dog. If you don't want pet owners using the grounds then you should provide a good area for them to walk.
Beth was annoying to say the least, the worst in apartment manager personalities, and I've met some bad ones.
The pool was a joke, so small and so overrun by kids, I never even used it.
The apartment complex is very unsafe, not much light at all at night, and as a single woman at the time I never felt very safe. Entirely too many people there have 3 vehicle, so parking is scarce. Also I had an upstairs neighbor that took entirely too much of a liking to me, sometimes he almost fell into the range of stalker. I had the hitch on my truck stolen while parked in front of my apartment (strange since it was only worth about $3.00).
In all, I would not recommend this place unless there were few other decent choices.
