A Gourmet Box From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/31/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   These apartments and the management company, Guardian, are overall poor in a rating sense. The management company screwed my rommate and I over from ever renting from any of their properties ever again. I am glad to hear they are going out of business. Do NOT EVER REnt from these apartments or the managemnt company called Guardian. They will see to it that you cannot get another apartment in the vicnity. Also, the landlord, Beth Wright, is a poor excuse for a professional and a human being. Don't bother leaving a forwarding address because you won't get her off her lazy butt to go an check your old mailbox to send your mail , nor will you be able to check it after the second you leave. Very poor professionalism. Shame on Guardian for even considering her resume for employment.
