I've lived in Susan Marie Apartments for a year and 5 months. The only issues I've ever had with these apartments is that some people are less courteous then others. I have some very nice neighbors here. Ones with kids and some without. I am married and young and I've become accustom to living in apartments and you just have to realize that there is always going to be movement noise if you have upstairs of next door neighbors.People have to move around. This apartment complex is reasonable with the noise levels. When I have a genuine complaint I take it to the manager Beth and she listens and tells me what can be done. I've never had a problem dealing with her. Right now I have neighbors below that play their music too loud, Beth was very responsive to my complaints and went to speak with them, she always handles situations with a cool head. I'm thankful to live here, because it's a nice complex. The landscape is beautiful, the apartments though somewhat outdated are well maintained and easy to keep up. I would recommend this complex to others because it's an apartment and for being so it's not too bad.
