While the office staff is great, the neighbors are less than desirable.
For a newer manicured apartment complex, one would not expect to have cars being repaired for money in the parking next to buildings, people continually parking in the small spot designated for entry to walkways, neighbors who smoke so much that others cannot open their windows, having to keep vertical blinds drawn so that neighbors directly across cannot see in to our homes.
The walls and floors are so thin we can actually hear neighbors pouring dry cereal into bowls.
This may be an okay place for uneducated, "on welfare", "I haven't got a job" people but it's merely a stopping point for us.
And moving out cannot come soon enough!

The comments about the sounds are quite true. I used to hear the guy below me coughing at all hours of the day and night. He had some kind of lung problem. Basically the walls between apartments are afterthoughts. If the place were built any more cheaply it would have been illegal in Haiti before the earthquake. Please, please don't move here.
