The floor plan here is great, lots of storage space.

All of my neighbors smoke and our apt.

smells like a cheap motel.

Mold grows on the windows constantly and the management staff is friendly but useless.

I've submitted 4 requests for repairs and nothing has happened yet.

Parking seems to be fine as long as you're not getting in after 11p.m.

The complex next door (owned by same company) is a dump and the cops show up about 1x per month.
