I have lived here for 2 years! It has been awful! A couple of bumbs moved in under the bridge just a hop skip and a jump from my front door and within a year a whole colony moved in under the bridge! I have made several complaints never recieved a call back! I have had the cops here to go check out the bridge due to kids going down there and doing drugs....And yes i have caught them.Nobody cleans up after their dogs! My neighbors kid kicks wall during evening to the point my pictures move! I complained about a car that was in the only vistor parking by my apartment and nothing happened for a good six months. There is graffiti all over the walls outside.Oh and my car was hit here the 1st month of living here and my roomates was also hit in her driver side door about 1 1/2 years of living here and it was not minor damage were talking close to a grand worth of damage. The walls are thin, neighbors are filthy. There is a drunk lady in the complx that will drive you mad who never puts her dog on a leash and the dog on a least three diffrent occasions has got loose and come after my little dogs. The neighbor right across from me looks strung out on meth and in the summer opens all her windows and blasts Salt n pepa songs and ask the landscapers to mow her lawn. This place is definitely for cheap, unclean people. The only thing i can say good is the apartments have a lot of space and are priced well. The porches are great sized too! This complex is actually Ambercourt apts which is in the same complex as suzann plaza.
