I have lived here for 1.5 years. It's a decent place. Lots of room, considering it's an apartment. Have had some trouble with neighborhood kids, but no more than normal. Site management has always been helpful. Maintenance has been done promptly and appropriately. Rent increases annually, would be nice to get a break from that, or offered upgrades/incentives to stay.
