Guardian thugs strike again

Guardian Management cannot be trusted with property. They suck all the profit out by neglecting property and abusing tenants, and then they move on.

Dan Steffey, VP of Operations, is a cokehead who was busted. See all about it by searching Oregonian newspaper archives in the public library.
